What are they thinking?

So I was looking around today and i stumbled across this list on forbes.com of the 10 worst cities to be a sports fan. And low and behold guess who was ranked 10th pittsburgh. What do they base these things on, it might just be me but i think that this is a great city to be a sports fan in.
