The Injury Bug Strikes Again

Even though the Pens won't admit it you can tell that the list of injuries piling up is starting to hurt the team. It also didn't help the cause when Brooks Orpik went down with an injury in the first frame of this match up, however there is word that fellow defenseman Kris Letang will not be sidelined as long as it was orignally predicted. As for the game the Pens looked a little flat in the opening 20 minutes but seemed to come on in the final 40 only to struggle to find the back of the net behind goalie Tim Thomas.

The Pens come home to take on the Devils on Thursday night at 7:30pm and will meet the Bruins again at Mellon on Saturday.
