- The Rumor Mill: I've had some laughable rumors come across the wire today such as Shero is in talks with Pierre McGuire about the head coach position with the Penguins. I'm just going to squash this one right now because I don't believe Pierre McGuire has any realistic shot at the Pens Head Coaching position. This is about as good as the one I was sent last week that the Pens were going to trade Letang to Montreal for Alexei Kovalev, why would the Pens even consider this trade.
