The Penguins have released their Pre-Season schedule today. Highlights home game in Kansas City against the Kings.

The Penguins own the 23rd pick in the upcoming NHL draft this weekend, but will be without their 3rd, 4th, and 7th round picks as they have been dealt over the past couple years.

Supposedly Jarmoir Jagr has reached out to the Penguins to make a come back with the team, you can take this however you want but being that Rob Rossi is the only one reporting on this development you can most likely take it with a grain of salt. I know neither of us will be listening until Dejan starts talking.

Nick Lidstrom will return for his 20th season with the Red Wings next season, hey if your still kicking ass at what your doing why quit now.

Max Pacioretty of the Montreal Canadiens signed a 2-year deal with the club today.

The Flyers are still acting like they are going to be able to sign Ilya Bryzgalov and still stay under the cap.

Former WBS Penguins and Minnesota Wild coach Todd Richards has been named as an assistant coach in Columbus.
